Breeding Plans

I plan to breed a CT marble female with my new male. That is if I get the winning bid on the Ct marble female.

My first spawn was a gorgeous red marble ct pair, the eggs all got eaten by daddy. My second spawn (same pair) produced around 200 babies, but he ate them all before he became free swimming. Third spawn was a success, had about 35 babies who lived. There are A LOT of things that can go wrong when breeding. I've had a few successful spawns in my time but even more failures.

Just goes to show you that it's really up to the fish, whether it's successful or not. You can do everything right and end up with nothing, or get lucky and wind up with bunches of babies!
