I was giving up on Cichlids so sold/almost gave these to a mate, I got some Snake heads <from nelly!> to have in the tank along with some fire eels, one of the fire eels took a few live worms for a day or to then stopped eating, the other one just would not take food at all? I took these back as they cost a small fortune and did not want to... well lets just say it would be like throwing money away .lol...
the snake head one jumped the other one...?... you tell me?

when I had them befor I sold them they was not into each other that much, they bred a few times when they was in a rio 240 with no tank mates, but when I moved thnem into the 120gallon with other big fish they lost there love.

but yeah in my mates tank they was O.K for like a week then they started colouring up and beeting the straw out of his other fish (Oscar, Pike Cichlid and Senagal Birch)

The Females fins are healing up well now.

what kind of plant is that in there? looks like something ive seen before :shifty:

also theres a bubble on that big rock that looks like a real eye from some animal...i cant stop looking at it

The plants um...yes .lol...

Thanks RD, these fish are great, I cant think of why I got rid of them the first time around, guess we all do things we dont think about .lol... (or I might be on my own on that 1)
