i have bought today 2 female guppies i had a half a gallon tank so i put a male in it and 2 females to breed will this work ?

\i dont know how to post pictures this is stupid

Too small. The fish are gonna be stressed. Ammonia will build up too quickly which in turn will stress or even kill the fish. I'm pretty sur eyou have a 10 gallon right? Put the fish in that tank

10 Gallons should be what you aim for if you intend to upgrade and have them breed. a 5 gal would be fine for a nursery, but a half gallon tank is completely useless unless you're moving and need a place to put the fish, and even then it isn't the best option.
Go to Walmart or a pet store and buy a 10 gal starter kit, they run about 30$ and should suit you fine if you have the room.
