Breeding Geophagus Tapajos "red Heads"

Evening all, Its been a while since i last posted. hope you are all well.
Well this evening i got quite a surprise to see that my "suspected" pair of red heads had, in fact laid eggs and i was wondering what the next step should be. i dont want to interfere too much but at the same time i want to try allow the eggs to hatchand grow so any advice would be great..
