Firstly I apologise for putting the thread here, I have no idea what Badids are counted as. I'm going to try breeding some Dario Dario or Scarlet Badis, I was wondering if anyone had any experiences?
To start with, the answer is none, but that's partly because they're a pain to keep for live food requirements. Pretty fish though. I do recall reading that its tough to get a pair as you don't see the females that often on sale.
My local MA says they can ask for both genders to be imported, which is good. I will be feeding them, mostly micro Cichlid pellets, but also live and frozen foods. These aren't wild caught either so I can't imagine they mass feed live food? Must be too expensive they must have to use flake or other dried foods too right?
