i have a nice pair of betta i wanna breed but they are proveing hard do u think maybe i have a to big of a tank its just under 3ft.
ive been feeding bw for 4 weeks now and the female is nice and plump with eggs she is up for it but the male just flairs and shows of he doesnt even look around for a nest site and dont blow any bubbles.
i think he dont have a clue what to do, any help tho would be nice

Well a bit more info would be helpful such as how you introduced the pair, how old the pair is, how the tank is setup, temperature etc. But it's possible the size of the tank has something to do with it...most breeders use 10 gallon or less (filled half way, so really only 5 gallons or less). It could be there is just too much room for the female to dissappear. I've heard of people having better success with "tiny" spawn tanks, such as 2 gallons, so maybe there is something to the "size" of the tank.
