Hi guys ive researched this topic before and got no where can you guys give me advice and tips? I wnt to breed my male in my pic/avatar with my mums purple and red female just not to sure so ill ask so they dnt rip each other to shreds :)

And do i have to condition them?

do you have a seperate tank to spawn them in? your going to need loads of stuff, breeding bettas is certainly not cheap!

you will need to condition the pair seperately for 2 weeks on high protein foods *usually live* but frozen works too, they need feeding this 2-3 times daily

Your male is CT right? do you know what the female is?

as breeding a VT would give you VT fry which you will stuggle to sell/give away

Im not sure what she is but ill get a picture

So hen conditioning do the males n female have to be split up from there normal tanks so they have no contact with other fish?

yep, its just easier that way, you will need a bare bottom tank for breeding in, heater at 28-30 no filter, and something for the male to nest under

they will be ok for conditioning, ideally for breeding you want atleast 1.5ft tank to give them plenty of space to avoid each other if it doesn't work out.

Tbh the filter thing was making me wounder also i only have 2x 5l tanks is this enough or bigger

Bear in mind you're going to need a LOT of tanks for the fry when they grow - even though they're juveniles you'll have to separate all the males into individual tanks.
