i have a spare 20 gal and was hoping to breed some tangayakin cichlids would a trio of Neolamprologus brichardi be suitable :shifty:

Yep, that should be fine. But renember they are substrate spawner so imo I would try to match the tank to the natural lake as much as possible. They noramally do better in a species tank any way.

is it just the same as my mbuna tank lots of rocks and sand? how old are they went they are able to spawn as i can get them at small, medium or large
