breeder box question

Just picked up the Fluval Multi-Chamber Holding and Breeding Box and was wondering if it will be too cold in the box
for guppie fry?
I have a 100watt Eheim heater in the tank set at 79 degrees.

Not sure I understand the question. If there's any water circulation between the tank and the breeder box, the temperature inside the breeder box should be the same or very close to the tank water temperature.

If you can set it up so the filter return is pointing at the box, that will force a water exchange between the tank and the box.
