Brands Of Carbon

which brand of carbon do you use and which do you think is the best?

I, like most members, don't use carbon at all. I think it is pretty much generic and don't think there is a particular brand that's better than the others.

i have a huge tub of carbon,but i wont use it...and i know alot of people on here and other forums...wont use it....ive head for my oppinion that it causes hith in cichlids....but that is not proven 100%
