Brand New Fry

Ok, so I have my crap together. I can read test results and know how to deal.

I now have a first and I'm a wreck..Likely new daddy syndrome lol

I for the first time segregated a holding female cichlid at 2.25 weeks give or take,, I did not expect that she would release her fry within an hour and about 5 days ahead of scheduled spit.As if she read the calender,
I know if she feels safe this could happen but.

IS MOM OK WITH THEM? should i send her back to main tank?(main concern)
I have always let em spit in main and watch.
Advice? as I wish to keep em this time.

so far she has eaten , poor girl needed it, also seems to try to pick up and return to her preferred area, they have other ideas.
how long can I trusts her intentions?
I'm up all night i think, 1/2 concern 1/2 so absorbed in the situation while I sit on my hands,
