Hi folks. I have a pair of Brachyrhaphis Terrabensis and the female has developed a 2 little blood blisters are the only way i can describe them. She had the 1st one 3 days ago and i thought it was where she may have scraped herself whilst fleeing the male but she has had another one apppear today. They are the size of a pin head and look like a little red blood blister. they are in atanl on their own and the water tests are bang on .

Do the spots look sunken?
Where are the spots located on the fish?
Is there anything sharp such as rocks in the tank, the fish may have rubbed on?

Hi there. The spots are just like a little blister. One is on the side and the other is just below the fin. Yes there is a rock in there which was my 1st thought after the 1st one appeared. She races round trying to get away from the male  But then another one appeared yesterday? They dont look like sores or fungus just like a little blister the size of a pin head but bright red. Just like a blood blister. They are not sunken.
