Bouyant Fish

i have 7 neon tetras in a 75litre tank. they're my first ever tropical fish.

did a fishles cycle, 2weeks, they've been in there for over a week.

they used to swim all around the tank but now they look like they're having trouble swimming down.

if they stop swimming they start to rise. is this natural - what should i do?

i used to have 8 but one died a 2 days after intoduction to the tank, removed the fish and did a 90% water change as a precaution. (approx same temp water)

The current not to strong for them is it.
Are they tipping upside down, or laying to oneside.

Is the red stripe still vibrant, check to see if you can see any bleached out marks in the red area or black patches.
