Bosemani Help

Hi there! I have a M/F pair of Bosemani's in my community tank, Ive had them for nearly 2 weeks, but I have just found some red blotches on the side of both of them. I havent seen anything else harrassing them, so Im not sure if they are doing this to each other or if there is any other explanation.
Hope someone can shed some light on the situation?
