This Ram has been on its own for quite a while now due to its counterpart dieing over a year or 2 ago. More recently it has become agressive towards the angelfish in the tank and seems to me like its becoming a problem.

The options as I see it are:

- Buy another 2 Bolivian Rams (to form a trio), as when I had the pair (not breeding pair literally) they would often fight alot, so i am thinking would having a total of three of 4 calm things down or at least keep the fights amongst themselves?

- Give it away.

Advice needed.

Thanks.

try and get it a lady friend (if its the male of course..)

Is it being aggressive in a territorial kind of way? keeping the angel off it's patch? if so, have a go at moving some of your rocks, plants, tank decorations etc around.

I have just noticed my BR male lashing out at it's tank members :/

Hope it goes well.

Not really terrotorial, I took it out the tank for about 5 minutes yesterday, made minor changes, but no difference.

Its just anytime it goes near of of the two angels it just becomes agressive.

Just sounds like territorial issues. You could buy 2+ more Rams to take his mind off the Angels if the tank is large enough.

125 ltrs. there should be enough space, and i also think it will help to perhaps to have a trio.

Another two will be fine
