So I bought 3 Bolivian juveniles on Tuesday and was not aware of the sex. After they acclimatised there were some disagreements over terrortority and this has calmed down now and Im left with a confusing outcome.

Two of the three are sticking together all the time and barely leave each others side whilst the third is soon chased off if he comes near. Is this the sign of a pairing? Are they even male + female?

If its anything to go by the two sticking together have a different body shape. One is slimline whilst the other is round.

Here's a picture;

If you can get a picture with their dorsal fins raised it will help to ID them.

It looks like you have a male and a female there. top female, bottom male. But its hard to tell from that picture.

A clear picture would really help. Can you also get another picture of the third one?

When they mature they become easier to sex. The fact that these two are sticking together and chasing the other one away is a sign that they could be a sexed pair.
