Bolivian Or German?

i am stuck to decide which rams i should buy...do anyone know which would be a better pair?

My friends have a pair of both ( bolivians in one tank, and the germans in another). Whille the Germans are more colorfull and interesting, ive noticed they are much more shy. The Bolivians are less colorfull, but seem to be a bit more active and out and about.

This might just be these specific fish, who knows!

i ended up getting bolivian ram cichlids..
they are setting in well to my tank.
