Bolivan Ram Vs Blue Acara

My ram Seems to bully my Acara, is he too agressive for my acara or showing my acara thats his cave?

An acara should have no problems handling a bolivian ram..

how big are the 2 ?

As long as he isn't hurting the Acara and you dont see any torn fins or anything I wouldn't worry yet. I had a Severum who was a little bigger than my Acara and he would chase the Acara for a short distance every once in a while, but never hurt him.

He was basically just reminding the Acara whos tank he was in!

ram's can be a bit agressive and territorial, if the fish are showing signs of distress you need to seperate them, re-arranging the tank can also help as it gets rid of territories.

however as the acara grows you will have to be careful he does not turn on the ram. IMO it's a risky combination.
