I went to an auction today and came across two Calico BNP. I was pretty excited when I won them (They cost me 7 whole dollars!)
So I brought them home and then it hit me. I don't know if I have enough room!
I read that BNP's can live in as little as 20 gal.
Well I have a 30 gal with 1 BNP already in it and I have a 20 gal. The BNP in the 30 currently is about a quarter inch to a half inch larger than the ones I bought today.
Should I put the two I bought today in the 20 gal or can is it 1 BNP for every 20 gal?
I'm really excited about these guys, they look pretty cool, so I was just hoping I could keep all three in my 30 gal tank, but I dont know if they're territorial or not

They're still in the plastic bag they came in and I've had them for about 3 hours so far. I'll add them to my acclimation bucket but I'd really like a response soon so I know where to add them to :)

Congrats : ) I love my calico - not shy, very bossy with other fish (doesn't hurt them though), mad for fresh veg and gorgeous to look at with the long fins swishing round elegantly. A real personality. Enjoy!

Okay good :) cause I added them to the 30 gal tank about 5 minutes after I posted this topic :p It's good to know I don't have to fish them out
