sorry to hear that.

Don't get anymore fish for a while. Whatever was killing the neons and now potentially the b/nose will still be in the tank. Leave things to settle down for at least a couple fo weeks and if everyone is ok then maybe think about adding some more fish.

In the mean time do some water changes and gravel cleans to help dilute any bugs that are floating around the tank looking for another host.
