There's a small blue green patch near the bottom of the main rock, which looks like blue green algae (Cyanobacter bacteria).

Is it in a salt water tank or a fresh water tank?

Live rock is normally from the ocean and dies in fresh water. If it was from a marine tank/ ocean, the blue green algae is growing on the dead life forms that are on the rock.

Live rock is normally calcium based and will raise the pH of the water to about 8.5. If this is in fresh water, make sure any fish you keep can deal with a high pH.

it's a salt water and I just found it really weird of the color n was wondering if it's harmful?

Some Cyanobacteria is poisonous but most only cause irritation. If there is lots of it, then it can cause problems.

Use a syphon hose and suck it off the rocks. It usually goes pretty quickly if the tank is clean.

Blue Green Algae can occur in blue, black, red, pink, purple, brown and green colour forms.
