I think you are a bit pushing the bioload limit there

.Electric blue balloon rams are especially hard to please.

And with your stocking they would be quite stressed by the danios.

platies also need hard water

up your corydoras number or rehome it.

And The angels would bully the rams when the angels grow older

The danios only swim at the top of the tank, absolutely no problems that I can see

Rams happily roaming around the bottom to mid section, generally together

Can move the platies easily enough to another tank

Any help on sexing?
Breeding?

I dont know how to sex electric blue rams. normally I can tell if it is a female by looking at its belly. if its pink it is femal

I wouldnt put put anymore fish in ur tank. I believe ur pushing the numbers already with the amount of fish u have. It dont matter were abouts the danios are compared to the rams its the fact u already have alot of fish in ur tank. I dont even have that many fish in my 350l let alone a 120l.

Thanks all I have moved the danios and platies to sister tank now.
Appreciate the input.

Does this leave better conditions for rams now?

How do they typically breed ? Courtin rituals? Sexing?

As I said electric rams are hard to sex. Well they are cichlids which means they take care of their young. I have my own rams but I have not let them breed yet. They look like juveniles to me and I think you should buy more and let them pair off. Then rehome thee others
