Absolutely beautiful fish, I cannot wait to get my breeding pair! I love them so much!

They are,I chose mine by chance. Went out to buy gouramis and saw these and just loved them.
No regrets so far the male can be a little aggressive as in chasing but not too bad and sure there are worse species.

Are they a breeding pair or just male and female?

I have only had them a few weeks,I have no idea if they will breed.
The male seems to be nasty to the female most the time is this normal for rams?

I have only ever had it the other way round haha! I'm not sure if the male is maybe like that at first and then settles? You'd have to ask someone a bit better clued up on rams, I've never had much success so far =\
I'm just hoping if I buy an already established breeding pair, hopefully they should get on!
