75 gallon tank

.5 nitrates
78 degrees
last water change was wed, about 20%
On wednesday, noticed that the blue ram was not eating. More hiding than anything. Occasionally picking at the gravel, but not confirmed to be eating.
The stomach area is starting to be sucked in as opposed to fat after they get munching.
So its been 3 days, he is now quarantined and still will not eat. Been throwing random pieces of food in to see if he would eat, and then getting it out a short while after to prevent contamination of the water. Using blood worms, flake food, pellets, etc...
Fish physically looks fine and no other fish are showing any signs of illness at all.
Its a community tank and I have no idea what the issue could be. Any ideas that I can try. thanks for help in advance.
Update:
I was able to confirm the blue ram is eating but his stomach is still sucked in like he is starving. Did a water change and all the levels are back where they should be.
Now the color in half of the ram is normal and the other half is pale. He still hides under rocks and plants and does not move to much, which is unusual. Still looking for any advice or tips on the issue.
