How many gallons is your tank? Is it a 66 litre (which equates to about 16 gallons) or a 66 gallon long (unlikely)?
I'm guessing we are dealing with the 15 litres tank. So no - no more fish at all in fact. not only is it too small for another gourami (regardless of sex or species). it's also far, far too small for many of the fish you already have (shark, angel and barb for example - the tiger barb should also be in a school and the neons will eventualy get eaten when the angel and/or shark reach full size - male swords also aren't really compatible with each other). You need to reconsider your stocking and rehome/replace some of those fish with more appropriate options.
