Blue Clawed Lobster

hiya i have just got up and decided to go and feed the fish and realised i couldn't see my lobster, i then turned around to find it laid in the middle off my lounge floor , i dont have any ideas how it escaped, he looks like h is dryed out n going to die. i havee put him back in the tank to see how he gets on.. just want some information on what to do thankyou
