My blue and red betta developed a white streak all the way down his tail about a week ago. Is this normal? I do full water changes once a week, with the addition of aquarium salt, novaquel and bettafix. Two days ago I noticed something that MIGHT be ich and have been treating with Quick Cure Formalin (recommended by a reputable aquarium store in my area). He is eating and his water temp has been stable, but he is no longer blowing his nightly nest. He still swims up to me and flares and eagerly waits to be fed every morning. Just concerned. Thanks for any help.

Whitespot looks like grains of salt on the fish.
If the tail looks bleached out it has finrot which is common on top of whitespot, thats if it is whitespot.
