Blue and Gold Rams????

i went to my lfs and they had blue rams(7.00 Each) and gold rams (6.00Each) What is the difference of the two and are these resenable prices?

Those are reasonable prices- my lfs usually charges 14.99 for a pair- I've seen them in other stores as high as 10.00 and low as 5...I believe the Gold is a hybrid of the Blue- someone can correct that if I'm wrong- but they're the same species and can breed together- which I just found out...the Golds are more sensitive than the Blues...both are sensitive to water conditions but the Golds are more so...the Rams are great fish! My favorites!!!

I had 4 in my 20G and they did not get on. First they all picked on one female, she eventually died. Now one male is bullying the other. I'm going to bring one of the males back. I've had the three for about 3mo. They never really got on well but now they are really starting to chase each other and fight. So I'll be left with one male one female. I'd only get a pair.
