I feed mine every other day (live)

BUT, most people will tell you 2 times a week as a treat as it can cause constipation in some species because of the high protein content. Each to their own though.

quite hard for me to get the live bloodworm but I give a single cube of frozen every day to my tank.

I feed ailing fish live worms every day, as it's seemed to really help in a quicker recovery period. I feed other fish live bloodworms about every 3rd day. But only as a treat.

i tend to feed it every day! though this is not a good idea with inverts, bloodworm is very high in fat and also bacteria, yes even after being frozen, not too much of a problem for fish, but critters with shells are prone to bacterial infection.
