"blond" Guppies?

I don't know where I read about "blond" guppies but where ever it was also said that their gravid spot could be pink. I have a Female guppy that is quite fair colored with a yellow/orange tail. She was big when I got her and she has gotten quite a bit rounder. She has a large pink gravid spot with black dots in it (the eyes?).

Anyway, my question is do you think she is pregnant? I have pics but have yet to figure out how to get them on here. Thanks in advance.

Yes. It's common for lighter colored Guppies to have a pinkish/reddish gravid spot. So I'd say she's pregnant.

As look as it doesn't look bloody or infected or anything?

No.. it just looks pink, not unhealthy. Thank you for your response, I figured she was preggers since she is so round.. lol

i got one like that to! he gravid spot is pink because the fry arnt ready to be born, she gave birth before but the spot was black, i think she'll give birth next month or somting around that time...
