Bloated Zebra Danio

hi,
I have zebra danios in my tank have noticed one is very bloated where it is struggling to swim around.
I think i have heard something about this before but not sure about this, can anyone help with this.

Constipated is what I was thinking.

Cook 2 frozen peas, let them cool, shell them, squish them up & drop them in the tank instead of your usual feed. That should unblock any constipation.
