Bloated Molly

something new. each frye that is born we have to poke at it with a spoon because it comes out in a ball. as soon as we scoop it up it starts swimming normal.she normally "spits them out" and everything is fine. i think after this is over, we will probably lose her. but i still have the first baby she ever had. if she has more, i let you guys know.

well, good news and bad news. she's had about 30, half are alive and she's barely hanging in there. she's basically vertical , and more babies just came out.

well, she's gone. she had about 70 babies and was still huge when we took her out. about 20 frye lived. i'm pretty bummed, we had for quite a while.

Bless her R.I.P.
She had alot of fry.

the weird thing is, the ones that survived look normal but the ones that died or were stillborn all had reddish lumps on their bellies. it almost looked like they were born inside out. the male looked lost until i put her oldest baby with him, now he seems to be okay.

Poor things.
