Bloated Fish

Hello! I have a 80 gallon freshwater aquarium for the past 6 years. My question is that from time to time some of my older fish get bloated. It doesn't seem to affect them any...they still swim straight & eat & it doesn't affect all the fish. Is this a normal aging thing? It started with an angel & now my red tail shark has it. Any help given will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Do you over feed bloodworms or feed to many dried foods.

Give them some shelled peas.
Also daphnia good as it helps the fish digest its food.

What do you normally feed your fish.
