I didn't paste the emergency thing here because I don't have enough details. My sister has a betta and sent me a picture because she's worried something is wrong with him. He looks bloated or swollen...she used the word "bumps" He was swimming normally but I told her to keep an eye on that. I also told her not to feed him for 2 days to see if it was overfeeding,...she thinks she was feeding him fine...2 or 3 pellets 1 or 2 times a day. If it was too much we will find out...

I would try feeding it a deshelled pea. Sometimes that can help any 'blocked up' bellies.

The bit where you say bumps, does this mean like a pineconing of the scales?
 
no it meant the bulge of his belly. I will let her know about the pea. tnx
 
Sugar, just reread your original post and I feed my betta half of what she does. I would say over feeding.
