Bloated Bala Shark

hello i've got a bloated bala shark. still feeding well n i've been feeding it spilt peas but its not helping at all. also my two oscars have now got white spot. or what i think is white spot. they got white rings on there heads. any advice would be much appreciated. thanks

ok the oscars white spot seems to have cleared up over night with a large water change but the bala shark seems to have got more bloated n is hardly swimming.
