Blackwater Extract

Hey guys.
I bought "ocean free" blackwater extract recently and poured some into my arowana tank. However it seems that the colour fades fast.
Is there anything wrong with the extract? Do i need to add more black water extract in the tank to "maintain the same amount/concentration of blackwater extract", or is it fine to leave it alone? thanks!

follow the instructions on how much per gallon then it should work

honestly, I have no clue myself..... but i DID find this link and for some reason..... they are not using the "blackwater extract" and achieve it another way, although they do make mention to the product...... read up if you like, it may be of no help......
