Black Skirt And Golden Skirt Tetras

Just curious, I want a big enough group that they are happy. Can I count them together or should I have enough of each? I currently have 3black 4 golden. Planning to get one more black to make it even. A couple of them are the long finned variety. I just love the way they look!

They are the same speicies. You don't need to consider a group of each.
