Black Molly

I have a blck molly and last few days i notice it seems to be showing a bit white round about the lips area, any idea what it is and how it can be treated?

my first thought would be ich but i would post this in the tropical emergency section because their is alot more knowledgable people there than me.

I have seen this along time ago that the lips appear to go whitish, it was water quality that was the cause. Have you checked yours at all?
