Black Molly Sick?

Hi, I'm new to FishForums but I don't know if my black molly has ich/ick. Can you guys help me cure it or will it just go away?
I have a 45~50 gallon tank with a female Black Molly, Male + Female Mickey Mouse Platies, Male + Female Red Platies, Male Fancy Guppy, Three Female Guppies, Male + Female Swordtail, two random Platies. Giving me a total of 13 fish in my tank if this info. was helpful at all but, I've only seem to noticed the white spots on only my black molly. Please help D:

Welcome to the forum Snow. It is really hard to tell if your fish has ich from the picture. If it is ich, it will look like hard little spots of white on the surface of the fish. If it is fuzzy or very large, it is something else. Ich is fairly easy to treat but first you need to know what you are dealing with. There is a link in my signature area to a good site with help on how to treat ich with success.
