you don't know JACK FISH
He has some weird spots that show up under the light. (not white spots)
They are black but seem to have a different texture than the rest of his body. He barely uses his tail to swim but he feeds like my guppies when I get home.
His tail is always contracted though, he never expands his fin either... He doesn't seem to fall on his side when not moving but he is getting weird...
anybody what that is or what i could do to fix him up?

What is the ammonia, nitrate, nitrite and Ph in the tank?
