Black Molly Being Bullied

I have one male Black molly and one female Dalmation molly, and im really worried about the black molly. He is always being chased and bullied by the dalmation molly. This has been going on for about a week and the black molly has lost a lot of scales due to bumping into things, and yesterday he started to show what i think is "popeye". There are also 4 Micky mouse platyes and quite a few tetras in the tank and they all seem fine. Any advice about this situation would be very appeciated.

How big is the tank, how long has it been set up, what's your maintenance regime, and exactly what fish do you have in there? Have you tested the water, and if you have, could you post the results?
