well I think the title says it all.

edit: I searched and found some people say that it burns the fishes retina and can cloud the water can anyone second this?
 
I dont know about the retina part (although I think it probably would hurt their eyes, see how long you can look into one).
but as for the cloudy part....oh yes!
I have a friend that has a 10 gallon tank set up using a black light as his actual lighting, his tank is ALWAYS cloudy!
I treated his tank with particulate and bio clear chems (cant remember the brand names) only using one type each time and it cleared up nicely only to cloud up again in a matter of days.
I would think you shouldnt use it at all, go with some moonlighting (led's) or something along those lines before you use a uV light.
 
Also garlicbred31 on ebay usually has a good stock of moonlights (led's and tubes)
