I have this black hair-like algae growing on my anubias plant and rocks.  Is there a way to get rid of it for good?  I don't have that much light on per day.... I change the water at least twice a week. The water is good and the tank has been up for years.  Recently I got into live plants.  Advice please?

Ferts. I am using Leaf Zone right now but I plan on using Flourish before too long.

Yes, it looks a bit like that. I have never let it get that bad.  I can sometimes see little "threads" or "strings" of it.  I pick up sand and rub it on the leaves and that usually gets rid of most of it.  :/  But it keeps coming back.

As for filters I have 2 aqueon filters in there-both with high gph.  When I get more plants do you think that would help? Because there are only 2 plants in the tank right now.
