Black Hair-Like Algae

I have this black hair-like algae growing on my anubias plant and rocks.  Is there a way to get rid of it for good?  I don't have that much light on per day.... I change the water at least twice a week. The water is good and the tank has been up for years.  Recently I got into live plants.  Advice please?

Ferts. I am using Leaf Zone right now but I plan on using Flourish before too long.

I fixed it by increasing the flow of water as someone suggested that this algea dosnt like water movement and it's all gone.

Check if it's the same as my pics on link.

Also mine wouldn't come of even if I tried scratching in

Yes, it looks a bit like that. I have never let it get that bad.  I can sometimes see little "threads" or "strings" of it.  I pick up sand and rub it on the leaves and that usually gets rid of most of it.    But it keeps coming back.  
 
As for filters I have 2 aqueon filters in there-both with high gph.  When I get more plants do you think that would help? Because there are only 2 plants in the tank right now.
