Black Cupboard For 300 Litre Tank

Hi,

I am thinking of upgrading my current tank up to one of about 300 litres. I live in the West Midlands and one of my local Marine suppliers has what seems to be a good deal on an aquarium but the cupboard is a light wood when I want a black one. It seems that most stores supply only both tank and cupboard and not seperates.

I was wondering if anybody knew anywhere that sells these seperately.

I would welcome any advice.

Where about in the Midlands are you and which store is your local dealer??

I am from the Midlands originally, I may be able to think of somewhere, given a day or two. I am in the Midlands at the weekend too, family funeral, will be popping to a couple on Sunday down there myself.

You could always paint it black if it's a really good deal?

wouldnt reccomend painting one tbh...the wood and finnish that most stands come in would be aweful to get a good finnish on. They would need sanding, priming and then painting.

what dimension tank is it for?
The best black ones i have ever seen were made from B&Q hogh gloss black kitchen doors clad on to a wooded or metal fram, this would be how id go about getting a nice black one.
