Hi all, i've got some mollies pregenant again, nedd a little help though:
1) whats better a breeding trap or an empty tank, ive got 2 tanks espically for breeding mollies, one is were the mollies who still have to get pregenant stay in (30L) in my sig, and the other for a pregenant molly to give birth (i use the breedng trap in this 1) (18L) in my sig also ive added my 3.1 week old molly fry to my 30L so the pregenant mollies can give birth singley in my 18L so will i just put her into the breeding trap in the 18l or just let her be free in the 18l
2) from question 1 this is why i ask, would the female eat the fry after giving birth if i didnt use the breeding trap (thats what breeding traps are made for, to not let the female eat the fry) or would it just be as safe as the bare tank itself.
3) i know the fry would die if the mother is stressed and thats why i want to put her into the 18l would there be any chance of fry death if she could swim freely in the 18L.
ill add some pics as soon as i can!
Cheers!
