Hi there, i have a tank with a biobox 2 filter in, the sort that has the heater in the right compart, the sponge in the middle compart and the pump in the left. I have no idea how to set this up and i cannot find any links on the net to advise.
I noticed today that the chamber with the pump in has got only 3 inch of water although the other two chambers are full, this makes me think i have set it up wrong and have searched for information but with no success.
Can anyone advise, Any help would be much appreciated.
