Big Problem I Think

I had posted before that my Oscar was not eating. I followed the suggestions and he seemed to return to normal (http/fish.orbust.net/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=28&t=12728).

Today when I came home he acted very strangely. He was puffing out his gills and shaking extremely fast. He seemed very mad. When I when to check on him it appears his "skin" is peeling near his nose.

If anyone has any info please help as I'm not sure what this may be.

I'm not too sure, could it be from ammonia poisoning?
