yep thats one very nice sailfin/ gibby plec you have there.

Mines only 2inch at the moment, thats some great finage he's got. I saw one in a LFS that was about 15" the other with the perfect pattern, was gorgeous and sold so there wasn't a price up!!

how longs it taken for it to grow to that size?

I'm not sure why some of you can't see the top two piccies.
On some host sites you can choose between having the images public or private.

If you choose private you will just see a little red cross. There is no options on the
image shack that I can see.

Paul V Biker, I bought the plec in August 2003 as a baby. so he is a fast grower.

Sometimes its the persons computer just running slow,thats why they can't see both,it did it with me in anther thread,I couldn't see this persons tank,then half an hour later I could.

he is identical to mine, i too hink mine is too big for my 3 foot tank, but he seems happy enough, if i had more room i would get a bigger tank, they have a very nice temperament i love my sailfin plec much nice than a common
