I recently ordered some stuff from Big Als online (last friday) but I cant seem to get my order status. I tried emailing them but no response. Have any of you ordered stuff from them? Is it usual for them not to send you an update on your order, or a tracking number? I know most places ship within 24 hrs and send you a tracking number.

Try calling they have a 1-800 number.

I use there retail outlets all the time and they are top notch !!

I've ordered from them once and didn't have any problems. I received email confirmation and tracking number promptly and my stuff arrived about a week later. As previously advised I'd call their 800 number and see what's going on, also if you can check your credit card/banking online you might want to look to see if you've been billed yet.

Try the 1-800 number.. if all else fails, locate the nearest store and give them a call, see if they know what's going on.

Ordered online once for some heaters and a filter.

Didn't recall any problems.

If you're patient, wait a few more days and it if hasn't gone to your credit card I'd assume that you just didn't actually get the order through, you know how some sights are with after you have everything done they make you go through another page to totally confirm it.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago from big als on a friday, They didnt post the confirmation until monday afternoon. I got the package on wednesday. I just think they dont acknowlege orders on the weekend. I have ordered from them many times and have no complaints.

they seem like a big business and most businesses dont get that big without being good to their customers. they might have just been a technology problem. happens alot

I too ordered from Big Al's on Sunday night and had yet to recieve any confirmation of shipping or even being charged for the purchase from my bank (yet Big Al's said my credit card was authorized). So I called them today and they told me that it would be shipping soon, but they had just finished moving their entire warehouse and they had to re-setup their entire system for shipping. Just thought that I would let everyone else know, who might have been wondering like me.

I ordered from them back in January without any problem and also just placed another order yesterday (double points on Wednesday!!!!).

I have been buying from Bigs for going on 3 years and am close to the free $200 in stuff for my points (love double points day). For US orders they ship from a warehouse in Buffalo NY. It generally takes 5 business days from an order being pleced til it arrives. I always receive an email confirming my order and another email when it has been shipped.

If they have just moved they may be a bit behind.
