Not to small not to big cool looking quite but a true predator always swimming around??eats feeder fish let's say once a month

Bichirs don't need feeders.

They will do much better with a good pellet, shrimp, fish cuts and clean worms.

The only real active Bichirs are the smaller upper jaws, or the 2 largest upper jaws (Ornate, Tuegelsi)

How big is your tank for them, and what will the tank mates be?

Well I was thinking my 125gallon has my fire eel my hujeta and a starry night eel and peacock eel so I think that one is too packed
Maybe my 75gallon with my tyre track, butis butis, needle nose and other hujeta ooh and my 5bar cichlid??

I reckon a senegalus or delhezi in your 75g. My senegalus is called Dustbin, I'm sure you can work out why, and he's the most active fish in my tank

Haha funny I'm getting one now lol

I hope the senegalus I get is as active as yours

You can probably have a Palmas polli in your 75g I keep an Albino Senegal and Palmas. I find the Palmas more active than my Albino Senegal and I think they get a little bigger than Senegals. She's gotten thicker and an inch longer since I've taken this video. They're fun to watch.

Hahaha oh my god their soo cool do/can they eat feeder fish like let's say once a month?????? If soo then this is my bichir :)

Yeah theyre cool, its gotta be at the top of my favourite fish, its quite active and when you approach the tank she kinda stops and just stares right at you

Yeah they probably eat feeder fish. My Albino senegal was hunting my swordtails for a few days til I transfer my swordtail to another tank. Its really up to you if you want to feed it live feeders. Personally I never fed mine live feeders, just frozen foods, shrimp pellets, Nutrafin max krill and shrimp meal pellets, Algae wafer, Hikari Massivore pellets(I think this kinda boosts her growth) theyre not very picky, its growing in a decent rate. I think there are some insects that unfortunately end up in the tank, like flies or spider, thats the only live food they get  She's thicker and longer now compared to this video.

Cheers
